SVAMC Supports I-TIDE 2026: AI and Cross-Border Tech Disputes
Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) is pleased to serve as a supporting organization for I-TIDE 2026 — AI and Cross-Border Tech Disputes, part of the International Tech & IP Disputes Exchange (I-TIDE) series.
Taking place on March 3, 2026 (New York) and March 5, 2026 (San Francisco), this pair of complimentary half-day hybrid seminars will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping intellectual property and cross-border technology disputes. The program brings together leading voices from international institutions, academia, private practice, and global technology companies to examine emerging legal challenges, comparative approaches across jurisdictions, and the growing role of arbitration and mediation in resolving AI-related disputes.
The seminars are jointly presented by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), Penn State Dickinson Law, and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.
SVAMC is proud to support dialogue that advances thoughtful, international perspectives on dispute resolution in rapidly evolving technology sectors, and encourages members of the global ADR and technology communities to participate.
Registration is open for in-person and virtual attendance, with post-event recordings available to registrants.
