Clean Energy and International Commercial Arbitration

Co-sponsored by SVAMC-YP and Stanford Law School’s Gould Center, CIArb North America’s Young Members Group will be hosting a series of webinars in April, May, and June on “Climate Change, Decarbonisation, and International Dispute Resolution.”
The series will bring together leading practitioners, in-house counsel, and experts to discuss the nexus between climate change law/policy and international dispute resolution practice.
The three, 1-hour webinars will cover:

- “Climate Policy, Investment Treaties, and Investor-State Dispute Settlement” (May 20)
