From Life Sciences to Cannabis Disputes: Is ADR the Best Option?

We examine the increasing use of ADR in Life Sciences sector both domestically and internationally with a spotlight on whether the Cannabis sector is following suit. Attractions: confidentiality, arbitrators with technical experience, tailored arbitration clauses and greater enforceability of arbitral awards internationally. Strategies are needed to ensure ADR offers benefits over litigation.
