SVAMC is pleased to sponsor this event on the “New Developments in Pacific Rim Arbitration: Perspectives from Hong Kong, Singapore and California presented by California Arbitration and The Center for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution (CNDR) at UC Hastings Law

Featured Speakers: Mariel Dimsey, Adriana Uson, Sally Harpole, and Dan Tan. Moderated by Professor and CNDR Director Hiro Aragaki.

Program Overview

Arbitration is on the rise throughout the Pacific Rim and, as America’s window to the East, California is the place where business, technology, and disputes from Asia and the Americas converge.  Hear from representatives of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and California Arbitration (CalArb.org), as they discuss the implications that recent developments in law, politics, and business have for the future of Pacific Rim arbitration – and the role that California can play.

Please join us, either in-person or via zoom, for a one hour program and Q&A. Reception with light refreshments to follow during the second hour of the program. (1 hour of California MCLE Credit available at registration)
