The Sixth Annual Schiefelbein Global Dispute Resolution Conference will convene top lawyers, counsel for global corporation, internationally-recognized arbitrators and mediators, academics, and leaders at arbitration institutions to engage in discussions on timely issues in international dispute resolution.

The keynote speaker will be Kevin Kim, Founder and Managing Partner at Peter & Kim. Kevin is one of the world’s leading dispute resolution professionals and a key figure in the Korean arbitration market. Kevin has acted as counsel, presiding arbitrator, co-arbitrator or sole arbitrator in more than 300 international arbitrations under various arbitration rules.

The expert panels for the 2024 conference include Arbitration 2050: Facing the Future, Global Entertainment Disputes, International Supply Chain Disputes, and Crisis Negotiation.

This year the conference will include a special lunchtime program for law students and young practitioners focused on pathways to international dispute resolution careers.

Participants can attend the conference virtually or in person at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in Phoenix, Arizona.
