The Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center is pleased to co-sponsor the 2026 AAA-ICDR Technology Conference, taking place Tuesday, November 3, 2026, in New York City.
As artificial intelligence, digital platforms, and other emerging technologies transform commerce and create increasingly complex disputes, the conference will explore how dispute resolution can evolve to address these challenges earlier and more effectively.
Through interactive panels, case studies, Shark Tank-style sessions, and TED-style talks, leading practitioners, in-house counsel, academics, and technology leaders will examine topics including early dispute-resolution models, SEP and FRAND disputes, high-volume claims, and the governance, liability, and ethical questions surrounding autonomous AI agents.
Presented as part of the American Arbitration Association’s centennial, the program will provide practical insights while helping shape the future of technology dispute resolution.
