Effective September 1, 2022, the AAA’s revised Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Procedures went into effect. With a goal toward promoting efficiency and reflecting advances in technology, the revisions include new rules on consolidation and joinder, cyber security, privacy, and data protection, among other things. Hear experts from AAA-ICDR and SVAMC discuss those changes in theory and practice, as well as other updates from the Institution, including what AAA-IDCR is looking for when selecting neutrals.
