SVAMC-YP Tech Talk: Exploring Mechanisms to Resolve Tech Disputes for Start-Ups

Our SVAMC-YP Tech Talk on “Exploring Mechanisms to Resolve Tech Disputes for Start-Ups,” will feature guest speaker Gustavo Moser, Counsel at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and moderator David Earnest, Senior Counsel with Diamond McCarthy LLP. Gustavo and David will discuss lessons learned and recent trends in how technology start-ups can avail themselves of various mechanisms to resolve disputes.
These virtual talks are held regularly for SVAMC-YP members to discuss an issue of interest that has implications for the resolution of technology disputes or the use of technology in arbitration or mediation.
Feel free to invite your colleagues/contacts to this event. As these Tech talks are for SVAMC-YP members, you will first need to register as a member to attend. There is no fee for membership and membership is open to persons under the age of 45 who are involved or have an interest in technology-related business disputes, including private practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators and mediators, academics and students, and others involved in the high-tech business community.
