SVAMC-YP Tech Talks – Perspective from the Tribunal: A Discussion With Leading Technology Arbitrator Annet van Hooft

Our next SVAMC-YP Tech Talk will feature a discussion with Paris-based Annet van Hooft, who regularly sits as an arbitrator for technology disputes as she shares her observations on trends and best practices in technology arbitration based on her recent experiences with counsel and companies from around the globe.
These virtual talks are held regularly for SVAMC-YP members to discuss an issue of interest that has implications for the resolution of technology disputes or the use of technology in arbitration or mediation. Feel free to invite your colleagues/contacts to this event. As these Tech talks are for SVAMC-YP members, if they want to participate they will first need to register as a member to attend. There is no fee for membership and membership is open to persons under the age of 45 who are involved or have an interest in technology-related business disputes, including private practitioners, in-house counsel, arbitrators and mediators, academics and students, and others involved in the high-tech business community.
