Ata Türkfiliz is a PhD researcher and doctoral scholarship holder in the field of judicial law and extrajudicial conflict resolution at the University of Antwerp, Faculty of Law. His ongoing doctoral thesis focuses on dispute resolution in the space sector, combining doctrinal legal analysis with empirical research. He is also affiliated with the Antwerp Center on Responsible AI, with a particular interest in the application of AI in dispute resolution. Ata holds an LL.M. in European and International Law from the Europa-Institut at Saarland University, specializing in International Dispute Resolution and Foreign Trade and Investment (2024); a Master’s in Public Law from Istanbul University (2024); and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Bilkent University (2021).
