Diana Kruze is a full-time arbitrator, focusing on technology, health care, and life sciences disputes. She has served as a solo, wing and chair arbitrator in more than 250 cases, involving everything from AI to biotech. Prior to becoming a neutral, Diana was a patent litigation partner at an AmLaw top 50 firm, where she tried, arbitrated and settled complex disputes. She was then appointed as a full-time judicial officer with the California Superior Court, where she presided over high-volume calendars and a diverse array of civil cases. In recognition of her legal work, Diana has received numerous awards, including the 2023 International Mediation & Arbitration Expert of the Year Award by Lawyer Network, the Daily Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, and the National Law Journal’s Trailblazers Award. Diana is an adjunct professor at her former law school, serves as the Chair of the ADR section of the California Lawyer’s Association, proudly helps allocate and disburse millions of IOLTA funds annually to the California non-profit legal community, and is a founding member of the AAA Women’s Resource Group.
Diana is a San Francisco native and mother of three young children, who loves boxing, fishing, dollhouses, and losing all of her money playing poker.
