Nathan is based in Austin, Texas and serves on the SVAMC-YP Steering Committee. Until recently he was a member of the top-ranked international arbitration practice at White & Case representing companies and sovereigns in commercial and investor-State arbitrations and U.S. court proceedings. His practice spanned many fields and industries—including energy, natural resources, and technology—and covered disputes arising in jurisdictions around the world.
