CPR and SVAMC Present Program on Managing Expert Testimony in Arbitration

The Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC), in collaboration with CPR Dispute Resolution Services, will present “Sound and Fury Signifying Something: Managing Expert Testimony in Arbitration,” a virtual CLE-accredited program focused on the effective use and management of expert witnesses in arbitration proceedings.
Expert testimony can play a pivotal role in arbitration, but successfully presenting and managing that testimony often requires a different approach than traditional litigation. This program will provide practical, real-world guidance from experienced arbitrators on preparing experts, presenting persuasive testimony, and managing the expert witness process throughout arbitration proceedings.
The panel features leading arbitration practitioners and neutrals, including Michael Diamant, Amb. David Huebner, Grant Kim, Roderick Thompson, Barbara A. Reeves, and Angela Foster.
The program is designed for advocates, in-house counsel, and arbitrators seeking actionable strategies grounded in modern arbitration practice.
The virtual event is CLE-accredited and approved for 1.5 NY CLE credits in Professional Practice for experienced attorneys.
Registration is free for CPR’s Panel of Distinguished Neutrals. Non-affiliated attendees may register for $49.
