Please join us for our next SVAMC-YP Tech Talk featuring a discussion with Benjamin Amaudric du Chaffaut, Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation and Law Enforcement at Google France on the topic of “Trends in Dispute Resolution.”

Benjamin’s practice involves a variety of issues, from trademark to copyright cases to defamation and privacy lawsuits as well as Internet regulatory matters.  He, among others, has handled several cases before the French Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice. Benjamin also handles regulatory matters and investigation from various authorities such as the French Consumer Agency or the French Data Protection agency (CNIL).  Before joining Google in 2008, Benjamin was an attorney with the French law firm Gaulle Fleurance & Associés and before that, the French law firm Alain Bensoussan, specializing in IP and IT law. Benjamin also served as a judge before the Commercial Court of Paris in 2014 (pro bono). The discussion will be moderated by Diana Bowman, Legal Manager at VINCI Energies and member of the SVAMC-YP Steering Committee.
