Gary’s technology law career includes extensive experience litigating licensing and IP disputes, managing international legal projects for Fortune 500 technology companies, venture financing Silicon Valley tech startups, handling US and international M&A and IPOs, and serving as General Counsel of an Internet cloud security company serving US national security interests. Gary is the founder of the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center and serves on its Executive Committee and Board.
