Vicki Veenker, SVAMC Tech List Appointee, Speaks on Panel: Mediation and Arbitration of IP Disputes

The APABA Silicon Valley IP Committee hosted a panel, which included experienced local neutrals and the former Deputy Director General of the WIPO. An array of subjects were covered from mediating in the Northern District to international arbitration.
