Tech List Emeritus
SVAMC is an independent non-profit organization; it does not administer ADR matters or provide Neutral services. All user engagements with Neutrals on the SVAMC Tech List are made directly with the Neutral or the administering ADR institution and not with SVAMC. The Tech List is provided as a service to assist users in their assessment of Neutral qualifications and does not constitute a guarantee. It remains the responsibility of the user to verify that a Neutral has appropriate qualifications for a particular matter. Although invitation to the Tech List is an honorary appointment made solely on merit, appointees are requested to provide support for SVAMC’s non-profit activities.
